We use the latest technology available to enable us to provide comprehensive, holistic and individualised health care to every single one of our patients. We focus on treatment as well as prevention to promote healthy living.
Our GPs are well equipped with a wide variety of skills, training and experience to offer patients through all aspects of their health journey.
We have registered nurses on site who are a vital part of our clinical team; their focus is on chronic disease management, preventative care and assisting GPs and patients in all aspects of care.
We are transforming our centre into a medical hub that provides Allied Health and specialist services, all in one place for your convenience. The future is bright at Stetho Health and we appreciate all our patients for their support in relation to our upcoming projects.
Our team works hard while continuing in their professional development and all practice staff adhere to the RACGP Standards Accredited practice guidelines and hold a Quality Practice Accreditation Certificate. We are committed to working as a team & always act ethically, responsibly keeping our patients as priority.
Stetho Health proudly acknowledges the traditional owners, Casey’s Aboriginal communities and their rich culture and pays respect to their Elders past, present and emerging. We acknowledge Aboriginal people as Australia’s first people and as the traditional owners and custodians of the land on which we work and live. We extend that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people here today.
Cultural identity monitoring is an important aspect of General Practice. When you attend a Doctor’s clinic you may be asked to complete a patient registration form at the reception desk, this form includes questions about your ethnic group and/or cultural identity. Everyone belongs to a group hence all our patients are asked to describe the ethnic group to be identified with.
We provide services to a diverse and multi-cultural community and ask patients their language needs. Ethnic data is collected to better understand the needs of patients from different groups and to help our Doctors to provide better and more appropriate services. We also collect ethnic data to identify patients at risk – some groups are more at risk of specific diseases. Ethnic group data can assist staff to ensure that you access appropriate services and help us to understand your individual needs.
